Is it legal?
Absolutely! Our products are crafted from federally legal hemp. According to the 2018 Farm Bill, it’s legal to produce and sell products with hemp-derived Delta-9 T*C that stays below the 0.3% threshold by dry weight. You can easily order from our website if you’re in: AL, AZ, AR, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, WY. Does hemp make me high?
T*C from hemp is identical to that from marijuana but is 100% federally legal when it's from hemp and under 0.3% by dry weight. Similar to caffeine being sourced from either guarana or coffee, T*C can come from marijuana or hemp. As long as it's hemp-derived and maintains that 0.3% limit, it’s fully within federal legal guidelines and YES it does makes you feel high.

Is there sugar in your :dream, :feelgood, or :play chews?
Nope. There are no added sugars or artificial sweeteners added. Only our estate honey = gods given nectar, and the least-bad sweetener money can buy.

Where are your products made?
POTLI started in San Francisco, CA and our chews are produced in hemp licensed facility in Colorado. All of our fruits are Californian-grown.

Where is your hemp from?
All of our hemp is grown in the U.S.A., baby. We work with producers in California, and only the very best of 'em.

When will my product arrive?
We ship directly from our facility on Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from purchase date. Shipping dates vary by your location and delivery options. A tracking code is provided via email when your order has left our kitchen. Email queen@getpotli.com if you’re unable to successfully track your purchase.
